New and seasoned athletes are catered for.

Product Description

Sports nutrition programming is suited for elite & recreational athletes looking to change body composition, performance or build muscle.  Individualised training and nutrition programs are developed to achieve the client’s goals according to their sport and competition goals. The package includes constant updates, check-ins and progression.

There is strong emphasis on teaching you the skills you need, so that you can continue on your own, when the 12 weeks are over. Our current clientele include body builders, figure and bikini competitors, long course triathletes, ballerinas, Ironman (surf lifesaving), boxers, mixed martial arts and ball sports (foot ball, soccer, basket ball). New and seasoned athletes are catered for. If you have a competition coming up give us enough time prior to work with you ~ 3months for significant weight reduction or 6months for muscle increase. There is unlimited email communication between consultations. Other features include:

    Highly recommended. After training hard for approx. 2 years and eating fairly healthy my appearance still looked a bit soft, especially around the mid section 🙂
    I did not want a diet as i did not want a short term fix. Having never seen a dietitian/nutritionist before Gabby seemed to have a similar ideology to food, diets and lifestyle than me. With just one session, some advice and adjustments in portion size and eating times body transformation was very visible within 4 weeks already.
    She is very knowledgeable with endurance nutrition too and responds very fast to questions and happy to msg advice. An amazingly positive and productive experience 🙂

    Highly recommend – I have been training for the past 3 years and haven’t seen the results I wanted in my body. Gabby gave me direction with meal plans and portions where I was struggling. After one consultation with Gabby and a few weeks of my eating plan, I could see results and a 6 pack starting to show. The eating plan has been very easy to follow without calorie counting or drastic changes to my diet which I didn’t want to do.
    Gabby has a wealth of experience she was able to share with me in event training and nutrition. I would highly recommend her to anyone wanting any form of meal guidance or sports nutrition.
