This is an initial consultation that is suitable if you want to kick start your health or sports program. It suits those who are; newly diagnosed with a chronic health condition, need to lose the last 5kg or the seasoned athlete who just wants to tweak their program.
Each consultation is performed in an interview style. You will questions about your lifestyle, eating and activity patterns. Then, we discuss where things may be going wrong and plan how to improve those areas.
Everything is written down in a meal plan, including tips/tricks and homework. No quirky foods or weird training programs, just things that can put into practice quickly, effectively and get really good results. I keep track of clients either through weekly email communication or another program online that is all free and part of the consultation cost.
